Our Policy

We do our best to fulfill all orders, however we carry many one of a kind items. This may result in an item being sold prior to concluding your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order, you will immediately be notified and offered a full refund.

Delivery

We are based in Malta (Europe), however, we offer worldwide shipping.  We try to process all orders withing 1 to 2 business days.

Malta Delivery: Orders below €10 carry a €5 delivery charge. All other local orders over €10 will benefit from free delivery.

International Shipping: We use FedEx as our main carrier. Delivery rates are those set out by our service provider and they may be changed from time to time. The exact cost of shipping can be calculated on checkout. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your item, please visit our shop in order to return and exchange your item. Please bring with you your receipt and original packaging. It is also expected that the item will be returned unused and in the condition received. 

Kindly note that all earring purchases are final and no earring returns will be accepted. This is a health and safety measure for our customers.
